Torkay Event Services rents commercial white frame tents across Greater Houston, from 10x10 and 10x20 EZ-Up canopies up to 40x120 frame tents covering 4,800 sq ft, plus a 20x20 high peak tent and a 40x50 structure tent with walls. Popular sizes include 20x20, 20x40, 30x30, 30x40, 40x40 and 40x60. Our crew sets up and takes down every tent.
Add 8 ft white sidewalls, clear enclosure walls, stakes for grass or water barrels for hard surfaces, and subflooring for a level surface on grass.

Seat every guest with 60-inch round tables, 6 ft and 8 ft folding tables, 36-inch cocktail and bistro tables, kids tables, white folding chairs (padded and non-padded) and bar-height barstools. A 60-inch round seats 8 and an 8 ft table seats 8 to 10.

At our current online prices, white folding chairs start at $1.86 each, padded chairs at $3.30, 6 ft tables at $9.14, 8 ft tables at $11.45 and 60-inch round tables at $12.71. How many people does each table seat?
A 60-inch round table seats 8 guests. An 8 ft folding table seats 8 to 10, and a 6 ft table seats 6, or 8 with a guest at each end. Our 6 ft kids table seats about 10 children up to age eight.

How much does an LED dance floor rental cost?
Our LED light-up dance floor rents for $655 for 8x8, $1,200 for 12x12, $1,400 for 12x16, $1,600 for 16x16 and $2,000 for 20x20. Subflooring is required on grass or uneven ground, and our crew handles setup. We also rent rustic oak and wood parquet dance floors.
What size tent do I need?
Plan on about 12 sq ft per guest at round tables and about 6 sq ft per guest standing or in ceremony rows, plus extra room for buffets, bars and dance floors.
