Elegant 8" x 108" chair sash rentals designed to add color, texture, and visual interest to event seating for weddings, corporate events, ceremonies, and private celebrations throughout the Greater Houston area.

Chair sashes are a simple and effective way to enhance banquet and folding chairs, creating a cohesive, polished look for your event décor.

Reservation & Payment Policy

• All colors other than White, Ivory, and Black must be reserved and paid in full at least 7 business days prior to the event date
• No refunds on chair sash rentals or special-order items

Color Variations & Appearance Disclaimer

Due to manufacturing processes, dye lots, laundering, and normal rental use, slight color or finish variations may occur between chair sashes and other décor items. While Torkay Event Services LLC makes every effort to minimize visible differences and match colors as closely as possible, exact color matching is not guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued for color shade variations.

Customers acknowledge that screen displays on phones, tablets, and computers may show colors differently than how sashes appear in person.

Wrinkles, Setup & Styling Responsibilities

• Minor wrinkles or folding creases may occur during transport
• Final styling, tying, and adjustment of chair sashes is the customer’s responsibility, unless setup services are specifically contracted
• Torkay Event Services LLC does not provide irons or steamers, and delivery staff are not trained in linen wrinkle removal

Damage Responsibility

Any damage caused by customer-supplied equipment—including burns, holes, impressions, or fabric damage—will be charged to the customer after the event. Payment is due within 48 hours of invoicing to avoid late charges at the maximum rate allowed by Texas and California law.
