Tent Space Requirements:
For safe installation, allow at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides and overhead. A 30’ x 40’ tent requires a minimum 33’ x 43’ open area free of walls, trees, rooflines, or other obstructions.

Setup & Delivery Policy:
Due to the magnitude of this structure, the tent will be installed at least 24 hours before your event and may be delivered up to 72 hours in advance based on scheduling and logistics. This ensures a safe, timely setup for every customer.

Safety Requirements:
When booking, please add 14 stakes with ratchet straps for grass or dirt installations or 14 water barrels for pavement or hard surfaces. Proper anchoring is mandatory — rentals will not be permitted without the required stakes or barrels.

***Tents of this size will always be setup at least 24 hours before the event date even if it is in a public open venue and due to our contract terms, we reserve the right to even deliver up to 72 hours in advance of the contracted event date.  Due to magnitude of the structure at hand and the importance of the timeliness of our customers events this is mandatory.
