With 1,200 square feet of covered space, this tent can accommodate up to 200 seated guests at round tables or up to 300 guests standing. Built with a heavy-duty aluminum frame and covered in premium, waterproof, and UV-resistant white vinyl, it offers reliable protection from both rain and sun. The open interior — free of center poles — maximizes usable space for seating layouts, stages, or displays.

Tent Space Requirements:
For safe and proper installation, a minimum of 3 feet of clearance is required on all sides and overhead. This space must be free of walls, trees, rooflines, or other obstructions. A 20’ x 60’ tent requires at least a 23’ x 63’ open area.

Safety Requirements:
When booking, please add stakes with ratchet straps for grass or dirt installations or water barrels for pavement or hard surfaces. Proper anchoring is mandatory — tent rentals will not be permitted without the required stakes or barrels.

****Tents of this size will always be setup at least 24 hours before the event date even if it is in a public open venue and due to our contract terms, we reserve the right to even deliver up to 72 hours in advance of the contracted event date. Due to magnitude of the structure at hand and the importance of the timeliness of our customers events this is mandatory.
