Tent Space Requirements:
For safe and proper installation, a minimum of 3 feet of clearance is required on all sides and overhead. This includes space free of walls, trees, rooflines, or other obstructions. A 10’ x 60’ tent requires at least a 13’ x 63’ open area.

Safety Requirements:
When booking, please add 12 stakes with ratchet straps for grass or dirt installations or 12 water barrels for pavement/hard surfaces. Proper anchoring is mandatory — tent rentals will not be permitted without stakes or barrels.

Setup & Delivery Policy:
Due to the size of this structure, the tent will be installed at least 24 hours before the event and may be delivered up to 72 hours in advance based on scheduling and logistics.
