Tent Space Requirements:
For proper installation, allow at least 3 feet of clearance on all sides and overhead. A 20’ x 40’ tent requires a minimum 23’ x 43’ open area free of walls, trees, rooflines, or other obstructions.

Setup & Delivery Policy:
Due to the size and complexity of this tent, it will be installed at least 24 hours before your event, and in some cases, up to 72 hours in advance depending on scheduling and site logistics — even for public venue setups.

Safety Requirements:
When booking, please add 10 stakes with ratchet straps for grass or dirt installations or 10 water barrels for pavement and hard surfaces. Proper anchoring is mandatory for safety; rentals will not be permitted without stakes or barrels.
